Advance Seat Selection

   For our customers’ convenience, Korean Air provides 'Advance Seat Selection' service that allows passengers to select their preferred seats prior to checking-in.

Please be advised that the Advance Seat Selection feature on this site is unavailable on systems incompatible with Adobe Flash Player.

Eligible customers
Login members who have completed ticket purchase at Korean Air websites

Customers who have purchased their tickets through any of the Korean Air sales channels or travel agencies.
(SKYPASS number must be shown on the reservation record.)
 

NOTES
Even if the eligibility is guaranteed by the condition above, Advance Seat Selection may not be available in the event of unscheduled flight operations (extra or charter flights) or a delayed flight maintenance.
The selection service is not offered on code-share flights operated by other airlines.
Seat selection on some code-share flights operated by certain airlines is available via service center. Please contact Korean Air service center for detailed information.
Group ticket holders are not eligible for the selection service.

Please login as Korean Air Internet member to select your seats over the internet.
After completing your purchase, please click ‘My Page > My Reservation > Details > Select Seats’.
   
Seat selection through service center
 
You can select preferred seats by contacting Korean Air service center or regional sales office.
   
 
Important Information
Bulkhead and exit row seating can only be assigned at the airport.
Please note that your assigned seat may change due to a change in aircraft or other reasons.
We may not always be able to honor your seat request because the number of seats available for advance seating is limited.
The seating configuration of internet seat map may be different from actual configuration of the aircraft you will be boarding.
If you are not able to select a seat on the Internet, you will be assigned a seat upon check-in at the airport on your departure date.
Advance Seat Selection Service may be limited according to your booking class or membership level.
Boarding and pre-selected seats may not be guaranteed if passengers do not check in within below stated time limits.
