e-Forms

Save time and effort at the airport! Korean Air’s “e-Forms” provides various documents and forms that are required for passengers who have requested special assistance or special carriage. Before leaving for the airport, simply download and complete a form from the convenience of your home or office. Except for Korea domestic flights, all forms must be filled out in English using capital letters.

Handling Advice for child traveling alone

Notification of US address

For whom: Passengers traveling to the U.S. who have not entered an address in the U.S. when reserving a ticket or when the ticket was issued, and have to enter the address when checking-in at the airport (except for U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents and Foreigner Registration Card holders). Incapacitated Passengers Handling Advice(INCAD)

For whom: Passengers who require special treatment and have applied for service for passengers who are weak, sick or with disabilities Number of copies required: One ..............
