How to use

Korean Air's Wheelchair

Along with our wheelchair service, our customer service personnel will accompany the passenger from the check-in counter to the departure gate or to their seat. Also upon arrival, our staff will accompany the passenger from their seat (or arrival gate) to their family members in the waiting area.

Passenger’s Own Wheelchair

If you are traveling with your own wheelchair, you can request assistance to our airline staff.

You may move up with your wheelchair to the aircraft entrance and the wheelchair is checked-in at the aircraft door.
Upon arrival, our staff will accompany you with your wheelchair.
As the aisles of the aircraft are normally too narrow for the passage of most standard wheelchairs, you will be required to check your wheelchair upon entering the aircraft.
In-flight Wheelchair
You can request assistance to a flight attendant to be provided with a special wheelchair designed for use within the flight cabin.
Upon flight ticket reservation, please make sure to submit a request for the use of a special on-board wheelchair.
