e-Ticket is an electronic ticket that securely stores all ticket details in the airlines’ computer system. Therefore an e-Ticket cannot be lost or stolen.
Simply reprint the e-Ticket Itinerary/Receipt we sent to you via e-mail or ask Korean Air to send it again by Fax.
Please keep the “e-Ticket Itinerary/Receipt” with you throughout your journey, as it may be required during check-in, immigrations or the customs' declaration process.

It is required to visit a Korean Air branch or ticketing office in person to report and replace/refund a lost ticket.
