Q1. How do I book a flight online? You can make a reservation from several areas of the site. The most direct place is on the homepage in the ‘Make Reservation’ section. Q2. Can I create a multiple destination, open jaw, standby, open reservation, or offline city on Koreanair.com? Koreanair.com currently does not allow reservations with multiple destination, open jaw, standby, open reservation, or offline city (add-on city). For these type of reservation, please contact our Korean Air Service Center and you will be able to purchase your ticket over the phone. Q3. How can I view the fare rules and restrictions? During the reservation process, you’ll be asked to review the fare rules and restrictions. It is important to read and understand the conditions relating to the selected airfare. Before you make your purchase, make sure to check: - Whether the ticket is refundable or non-refundable. - Whether date change is allowed - Whether date change fees apply - How long minimum/maximum stays are - Whether SKYPASS mileage accrual is allowed - Whether SKYPASS mileage upgrade is allowed - And etc You will need to agree to the fare rules and restrictions to confirm your purchase. For online promotion fares, you will be also able to view the fares in the beginning of the page and when making the reservation. Q4. How will I know if I have purchased a ticket? Once you enter your credit card information and agree to the conditions then you will see your confirmation number. Ticket has been purchased and you will receive an e-mail confirmation to your e-mail address. Q5. Can I retrieve and make changes to a reservation online? If you have provided your SKYPASS number while making a reservation, you may retrieve your reservation at a later time by selecting 'My Reservations' on ‘My Page’ after logging in. Unfortunately, reservations made online using ‘Make Reservation’ cannot be retrieved online at this time. Koreanair.com currently does not allow changes to a reservation. To make changes to your reservation, please contact our Service Center.
