If you are traveling overseas, a travel waiver is available for you to reschedule your flights without extra penalty. Please contact Korean Air’s Service Center or branch offices for more information.   1. Eligibility : All Korean Air passengers who submitted a medical certificate indicating suspected case or infection by Influenza A 2. Applicable Period : November 1 ~ December 31, 2009 3. Travel Waiver   - Date change & reissue penalty waived     : Applicable for tickets with confirmed flight from November 1 to December 31, 2009      ※ Outbound travel must be completed by January 31, 2010.      ※ Fare difference shall be collected.   - Cancellation & refund penalty waived     : Applicable for tickets with confirmed flight from November 1 to December 31, 2009       in the condition that request is made within the applicable period   - Validity extension     : Extension up to 15 days from the ticket's expiration date is allowed if the ticket expires       within the applicable period.
