Lost & Found

Lost & Found search helps you locate the items left behind in the aircraft cabin. After reviewing the item, please contact the office or send an e-mail for further assistance.

Tip     Lost items are often found at the arrival point of your flight. To claim the lost property,   you are required to present the photo identification.     Passport, identification, money and any other valuable items may be handed over to the   local law enforcement offices or customs. For further assistance with such items,   please contact the local law enforcement offices or customs     Unclaimed properties are generally kept for 90 days. All items over 90 days will be   disposed or donated. Please note this may be subject to change in accordance with   each governing regulations.
