Children under 12 years of ages are eligible for SKYPASS Junior membership.
Once the child becomes 12 years old, the miles will automatically be transferred to SKYPASS membership and a SKYPASS membership
card (same account number) will be delivered. Please review the membership profile and make sure the address is correct if you do not receive a new card.

When you request address change from one region to another,
please submit a written request to change the region indicating new address and telephone number along with the photocopy of your passport.

Some regions such as North America have replaced the quarterly statement
with the monthly E-statement. An E-statement can be sent to you on a monthly basis if you have any mileage activity for that period.
