Yes. Bonus tickets can be issued for flights on partner airlines.
However, Korean Air must issue the ticket and the segments must be confirmed before the ticket is issued. (one-way bonus tickets are not allowed)
Since there is a special booking class for bonus tickets, you must notify the agent that you are using a bonus ticket when booking or changing your itinerary.
(You may not board the aircraft if the seat is not booked in a special booking class)
SKYPASS mileage points cannot be purchased. Furthermore, travel award tickets are not redeemable
for cash or exchangeable for the revenue tickets.

Extensions are allowed with a deduction of 5,000 miles per extension.
No more than two (2) three-month validity extensions are allowed.
Requests must be made prior to the ticket expiration date.
Unused award can be fully returned for mileage redeposit into your
SKYPASS account within 6 months of bonus award ticket issuance date.
Should the reimbursement request be made after 6 months of the issuance date, 5,000 miles will be deducted; 10,000 miles
will be deducted should the request be made after 12 months up to following year.
