SkyTeam Elite Plus member can use a SkyTeam lounge regardless of boarding class when traveling international via SkyTeam flight. One companion, who is on the same flight with same itinerary as you, may use the lounge as well. However, there may be restrictions for using a lounge on codeshare flights operated by non-SkyTeam airlines.
