How to use |
Korean Air's Wheelchair |
Along with our wheelchair service, our customer service personnel will accompany the passenger from the check-in counter to the departure gate or to their seat. Also upon arrival, our staff will accompany the passenger from their seat (or arrival gate) to their family members in the waiting area. |

Stretchers and medical oxygen will be provided for passengers in need of medical assistance. |

Upon booking, submit an Incapacitated Passengers Handling Advice (INCAD) form, written under the provision of the International Air Transport Association’s Patient Passenger Transport Guidelines, and confirm the feasibility of the patient's travel in advance. |

INCAD(Incapacitated Passengers Handling Advice Form) must be written by the passenger's physician, dated within 10 days of the scheduled date of the passenger's flight. |

There is a facility for telecommunication between 24-hours available on-ground support staff and cabin crew members for medical consultation.
