Q1. How do I become a member of Koreanair.com? To register for Koreanair.com, you can simply fill out an online application and create your user ID and password. If you are already a SKYPASS member, but new to Koreanair.com, choose User ID and Password registration. If you are not a SKYPASS member yet, choose SKYPASS enrollment. A new SKYPASS membership number, along with your user ID and password will be emailed to you upon registration. With a Koreanair.com membership, you will be able to purchase your tickets online and to view My Page that has information on your profile, SKYPASS account summary, and the status of your reservation. Enroll today to enjoy all the features of both Koreanair.com and SKYPASS! Q2. What information does Koreanair.com collect? I forgot my password If you have forgotten your password, visit Need a Password. You are required to enter your SKYPASS number, first and last name, and date of birth, then the password will be emailed to the e-mail address used to create your membership. Q5. I forgot my SKYPASS number. How do I obtain the number online? For privacy protection, your SKYPASS number cannot be obtained online. You must contact Korean Air Call Center or send e-mail to us.
