One-way upgrade award requires 50% of round-trip mileage redemption.
Mileage redemption for child award is the same as adult mileage redemption.
A bonus international ticket for an infant under the age of 2 requires 10% of adult award redemption.
Ticket Award and Upgrade Award are not applicable to the segment between Americas and Guam via Korea.
As of November 1, 2009, upgrade awards are not applicable to First Class Kosmo Suites. (Exception: Members of Million Miler Club and Morning Calm Premium Club are eligible to use upgrade awards on First Class Kosmo Suites)

Double upgrades are not allowed. Upgrades can be used to the next higher class of service.
