How can I contact you for customer support?
You can select the phone icon on the top right hand side of the menu bar. This will direct you to a page containing regional call center telephone numbers. You may select the button corresponding to your region to call the support center directly. At this moment we support calling from Korea, America, Japan and China area. If you are in Korea then you can send your SMS message. Please be informed that you may be charged KRW 50 by your telephone carrier. |

Is there any additional charge associated with the Smartphone Mobile Service?
All services are basically provided free of charge except SMS service. However, SMS service may be charged from your telephone carrier, but nothing is charged from Korean Air. |

How should I log in on Korean Air’s Smartphone application?
Please log in first to access ‘MY Reservation’ and ‘MY SKYPASS’ menu.
You can use Koreanair.com ID and password for login. |

Do I have to log in every time?
No you don’t have to log in every time. You can set up an automatic login from your Korean Air smartphone Settings menu. You will have to log in successfully once after you enable auto login. |

If I select auto login, is my Id and Password saved in a safe location?
Yes, we are using Apple recommended safe procedure and storage. During and after login, your information like user id/password, reservation and Skypass information is transmitted via SSL. SSL is a globally implemented cryptographic protocol which provides secure communication on the internet.
