Request Family Registration

	▶	Online family registration is available to SKYPASS members only.
	▶	Family members  first enroll as SKYPASS members before becoming eligible for family registration
	▶	Online family registration for bonus privileges is available for spouses, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings, parents-in-law, sons-in-law, and daughters-in-law.
	▶	Please enter the name, SKYPASS membership number, and relationship to the applicant of each family member in the application form provided below.
	▶	Attach supporting documents of family relationship (family register, resident registration, household register, marriage certificate, birth certificate, tax return, etc.) to the application in the form of image files (JPG, GIF, BMP, PDF format).
	▶	Family registration is usually completed approximately one day after application, and can require more time if spanning a Saturday/Sunday/national holiday.
	▶	Family registration status can be confirmed in the family registration status section of My SKYPASS.
	▶	Mileage is accrued in each individual member’s SKYPASS account, regardless of family registration status.
	▶	If a member registers another member to the Family Registration, this will be automatically recognized in both members’ family member stats. i.g.) If a father registers a daughter to Family Registration, the father will be automatically added to the daughter’s family member status.
