- About the reservation and requirement
The requirements in regarding of reservations (seat availability, making reservation, confirmation, cancel, special request such as in-flight meal etc) would not apply for e-mail.So, please contact Korean Air reservation call center.
- About the purchase of tickets in a tourist bureau (except KAL branch)
The questions about making the reservation, confirmation &change, and ticket refund, the terms of open tickets and the extension of reservation, sometimes we can not give a reply . Please contact the tourist bureau.
- About the baggage
Please verify in 「FAQ:baggage」. The inquiry of in-flight lost-and-found and consignment lost-and-found, please contact arrival airport or near by KAL branches as soon as possible.
- Please write more details about your opinions. If data are not sufficient, sometimes we can not give an exact reply.
- If we can’t give a reply for e-mail, we give a call or send a mail-box, so please write phone no., name, and address correctly.
