What do I do to have my e-Ticket refunded?
Refund requests can be filed via phone depending on refund type, and certain refund types require in-person visits to a branch or ticketing office. Please confirm the refund type with a Korean Air ticketing or branch office. If required to visit a Korean Air branch or ticketing office in person to submit a refund request, you must bring the following documentation.
 
When a passenger visits a Korean Air branch office
- e-Ticket confirmation (Itinerary/Receipt) received via e-mail or fax
- The credit card used for the ticket payment
- The passenger’s photo identification
When a representative visits a Korean Air branch office
- e-Ticket confirmation (Itinerary/Receipt) received via e-mail or fax
- The credit card used for the ticket payment
- The passenger’s photo identification
- A letter of attorney written by the passenger
- The representative’s photo identification
