Regardless of the cancellation of your booking, all ticket refunds are subject to a refund service charge or a refund penalty. Service charges vary depending on the country where the refund service is provided. For example, a refund service charge in the U.S. is $30 USD. Free tickets such as SKYPASS bonus tickets and infant tickets are exempt from service charges. Service charges are subject to change.
For promotional tickets, a refund penalty may also apply depending on the fare rules. If a refund penalty applies, then the service charge will be exempt.
