At Seoul Station City Airport, ticketing service is not available. As for the SKYPASS related requests, it is limited to mileage posting of the flight for that departure date. Other services such as retroactive mileage accumulation, bonus upgrades, SKYPASS family mileage plan registration, and SKYPASS mileage endorsement, are available at Incheon Airport. Passengers also may not be able to use their SKYPASS miles to pay for excess baggage charge, lounge access, and limousine tickets at the Seoul Station City Airport.

Passengers who require special services (e.g., wheelchair passengers, unaccompanied minors (UM), pregnant passengers, Family Care passengers), commercial shippers, and charter flight passenger check-in services are not available at the Seoul Station City Airport.

The Seoul Station City Airport Terminal cannot accept baggage that exceeds 155cm in height such as golf clubs, ski equipment, and musical instruments. Passengers with oversized items and baggage need to check-in at the Incheon international Airport.

The Seoul Station City Airport TerminalCheck-in service is only available for passengers using the non-stop train from the Seoul Station to the Incheon Airport.

For Korean Air passengers holding a confirmed international ticket departing from the Inchon Airport and checking-in at the Seoul Station City Airport, they may receive 20% discount for the non-stop train from the Seoul Station to the Incheon Airport (Valid until June 30th, 2012).
