Award can be redeemed by the primary member or family member(s) who have enrolled in SKYPASS Family Registration.
	SKYPASS award travel may be endorsed to the primary member's grandparents, parents, spouse, children, grandchildren, siblings, parents-in-law, son-in-law and daughter-in-law.
	To register family members, please request Family Registration online or complete the SKYPASS Family Registration Form and submit the government issued family register to the nearest Korean Air offices or fax it via 02-2665-2596. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for SKYPASS Family Registration to be processed. To view SKYPASS Family Registration status, please go to Award Travel Reservations.
	All award travel must be via the routes of Korean Air. All flights must be confirmed in order to issue awards. Waitlists and open reservations are not allowed. Korea domestic award travel reservation & ticketing must be requested separately by phone, please contact our Reservation Call Center at ☎ 1588-2001 for further assistance. Example) Busan - Seoul - New York - Seoul - Busan should be separated into: 1) Seoul - New York - Seoul (International: online award redemption) 2) Busan - Seoul - Busan (Domestic: online award redemption in Korean site)
	Peak travel dates for International award travel are as below. Additional 50% of off-peak miles are required for travel during peak periods. 	Airport tax will automatically be calculated into your ticket price at time of purchase. Award validity is 6 month from the date of award issuance.
	Children (persons age two (2) through eleven (11) years) are required to purchase a seat. Passenger's age is based on the date of departure. Infants (persons under the age of two (2) years) are eligible for Award Travel with 10% of total miles required for qualifying adult travelers.
	You may pick up award ticket at the airport check-in counter at the time of check-in. Please bring your passport for Airport Pickup.

	After an award ticket is issued, changes are permitted within the same season and cabin class.
	Please keep in mind that miles will not be additionally deducted only when refund of bonus miles is requested 6 months before a bonus award date. (If the refund is requested 6 months after a bonus award date, 5,000 miles will be additionally deducted; 10,000 miles will be additionally deducted after 1 year.)
