Incapacitated Passengers Handling Advice
Eligibility : Passengers who are weak, sick or with disabilities and require special treatment

Part 1 of the form is to be completed by Korean Air’s ticketing office, and   Part 2 by the passenger’s doctor.
Please call a Korean Air Service Center to check whether a form is required.
 
Health Condition Confirmation Pledge
Eligibility : Passengers requiring special assistance/care from the airline due
                to physical and/or medical conditions.
                (ex.) pregnant women, the elderly, passengers susceptible to
                disease, the physically disabled and general medical patients

Notification of US address

Eligibility : Passengers traveling to the U.S. who have not provided an
                address in the U.S. when reserving or purchasing a ticket, and                 also passengers who have to enter the address when checking-in
                at the airport (except for U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents
                and Foreigner Registration Card holders).
Purpose : Submission to the U.S. government prior to departure

Eligibility : Passengers who needs to trace their missing baggage. Passengers
                are required to provide information about features of the bag and
                the contents.
