   e-Ticket is an innovative electronic ticket system that provides convenience and security, ensuring a pleasant travel experience. Making a purchase or amendment is fast and simple. Unlike paper ticket, there is no fear of losing or damaging your ticket as e-Ticket can be reprinted anytime.

Purchase an e-Ticket
   
Korean Air provides e-Ticket service for all domestic and international flights.  You can conveniently book and purchase e-Tickets through the Korean Air website or by telephone. Delivery of e-Ticket is by email or fax in the form of "e-Ticket Itinerary/Receipt".

NOTES
Please be advised that e-Ticket is not available for certain code-share flights.
According to Philippines law, all flight tickets (including e-Tickets) for flights departing from the Philippines cannot be purchased from any region other than the Philippines. In accordance, internet purchase is not available as Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA, other region transfer service) must be applied.
 
Check-in with an e-Ticket
   
Just print the “e-Ticket Itinerary/Receipt” and present it with your passport at the airport check-in counter where you will be given your boarding pass.
Please keep the “e-Ticket Itinerary/Receipt” with you throughout your journey, as it may be required during check-in, immigrations or the customs' declaration process.
 
Reissue or Refund an e-Ticket
For reissue or refund, please contact a Korean Air Service Center or the location where the e-Ticket was purchased.

NOTES
 
Reissue or refund regulations for International tickets may vary depending on the conditions of purchase. Certain ticket types may not allow reissue or refund.
