I have lost my e-Ticket. What do I do? |

e-Ticket is an electronic ticketing system that securely stores all ticket details in the airlines computer system. Therefore an e-Ticket cannot be lost or stolen. Simply print out the itinerary/receipt of the e-Ticket we sent to you via e-mail. |

Can I board without proof of the e-Ticket (Itinerary/Receipt)? |

You can board without any proof of the e-Ticket (Itinerary/Receipt). However, for immigration and customs purposes, it is highly recommended that you keep your e-Ticket Itinerary/Receipt with you during the entire journey. If you have forgotten to bring it with you, contact the airline. After confirming the passenger information (by verifying your identification and the credit card used for the ticket payment), a copy of the e-Ticket Itinerary/Receipt will be re-issued immediately. |
