In-Flight Shopping Guide Does Korean Air offer in-flight duty-free shopping? For your convenience, Korean Air offers in-flight Shopping with a wide range of duty-free products on all international flights.   What currencies are accepted for in-flight duty-free purchase? Following four currencies are currently accepted onboard. You can make your payment with cash, credit cards or traveler's checks.   Cash/ Traveler’s check Credit card Korean Won () U.S. Dollar ($) Japanese Yen (￥) European Euro (€) - Up to $500 USD (or an equivalent Korean Won) for each credit card A credit card must be under the purchaser’s name Visa Electron cards, debit cards, check cards are not accepted at this time.   Is there a limit on in-flight duty-free purchase? There is no limit on your purchase of in-flight duty-free products. However, you will need to comply with the duty-free regulations of each country you travel to. (Please refer to SKYSHOP magazine for each country’s duty-free regulations.)

Pre-order Service Guide Can I pre-order in-flight duty-free items? Our pre-order service provides you with an easy convenient way to order and purchase a duty-free item. From the comfort of your home or office, you can simply order an item prior to your departure, and receive it later when you are on board.   How do I make a pre-order? Duty-free items can be pre-ordered through the Internet or telephone and fax request. They can also be pre-ordered for your returning flights by filling out the pre-order form in the seat pocket located in front of your seat. - How to: Visit CyberSkyShop website and purchase the products in advance. - Receipt of products: While on board, give your order receipt to the cabin crew and receive the products. Return flight pre-order service is available only when the returning flight departs at least 72 hours after your arrival. For Korea-Japan and Korea-China flights, minimum 48 hours is required after your arrival.
