Award Booking / Redeem Miles for the member him/herself using Family Plan
Family Plan may be used when a member has insufficient miles to redeem an award. It allows members to supplement insufficient miles for award tickets and upgrade awards by using mileage accumulated by family members.
For awards using the Family Plan, all miles from the member's own SKYPASS account will be deducted first and the remaining miles will be deducted from the selected family member(s).
Up to five family members including the applicant can pool miles together.
