You can receive text alerts to your mobile phone through Korean Air’s SMS (short message services) Services for information about Korean Air’s flights you are booked on.

Available Services Flight Status Notification   Receive text message for flight cancellation and delay.

Flight Schedule Change   Receive text message for any flight schedule changes including flight time, flight number, etc

Waitlist Confirmation   Receive text message for booking confirmation from a waitlist.

NOTES Please indicate if you wish to receive SMS services when making or confirming a reservation through the Koreanair.com or our Service Center. SMS services are also available for booking created via travel agencies. With your consent to receive the services, text messages will be sent to the mobile phone number indicated in your booking record. For booking records with multiple passengers, text messages will be sent to a single mobile phone number that you have consented to receive the service with. To receive text messages, your mobile devices should be capable of sending and receiving text messages. Messages are sent 24-hours a day when updated information is available. This service is free from Korean Air but usage charges from your mobile carrier may apply. Depending on networks & device conditions, delivery of a text message cannot be guaranteed. Delivery failure, delay or duplicate delivery may occur.
