Available Services Flight Status Notification   Receive text message for flight cancellation and delay.     Flight Schedule Change   Receive text message for any flight schedule changes including flight time, flight number, etc     Waitlist Confirmation   Receive text message for booking confirmation from a waitlist.     NOTES English SMS services are available with U.S. and Canada mobile phone numbers at this time. Please indicate if you wish to receive SMS services when making or confirming a reservation through the Koreanair.com or our Service Center. SMS services are also available for booking created via travel agencies. With your consent to receive the services, text messages will be sent to the mobile phone number indicated in your booking record. For booking records with multiple passengers, text messages will be sent to a single mobile phone number that you have consented to receive the service with. To receive text messages, your mobile devices should be capable of sending and receiving text messages. This service is free from Korean Air but usage charges from your mobile carrier may apply.
