A member can endorse his/her bonus award tickets and upgrades to his/her family members designated below. Endorsements are different than the Family Plan program, which allows a member to combine miles with his/her immediate family members, when the member's miles are insufficient for bonus awards.To enroll for SKYPSS Family Plan, a member must complete and submit a separate Family Plan Application Form.

	You can designate awards to the following family members: Spouses, Children, Grandparents, Parents, Grandchildren, Brothers, Sisters, Parents-in-law, Sons-in-law and Daughters-in-law. Your bonus award endorsement will be limited to the family members designated above. Please print and submit a completed application form to our SKYPASS Service Center via mail or fax.
