The $100 discount certificate is no longer being offered as an annual renewal benefit, effective January, 2011. All unused $100 discount certificates issued in 2010 will be honored until the date of expiration found on the certificate.

A valid SKYPASS Visa Signature or Platinum
Card (Personal or Business) must be used to make the purchase
in order to be eligible for this offer. Each certificate is
valid for one discount per SKYPASS Visa Signature or Platinum
Primary account cardmember. |

Tickets will be issued only to the Primary
account cardmember named on Certificate. |

Offer valid only in conjunction with a Korean
Air round-trip ticket purchased at www.koreanair.com for flights
originating from Korean Air U.S. gateways to Korea, China and
South East Asia. |

One-way fares, online and other special promotional
fares, and certain destinations are not eligible for this offer.

Once redeemed for ticket purchase, Certificate
cannot be reused. Korean Air returned purchases will result
in void of Certificate redeemed. |

Travel must be on Korean Air flights only.
Code-share flights/Non-Korean Air U.S. gateways/multiple destinations/waitlist/standby/open
jaw/open reservations are not permitted. All other Korean Air

Additional
Taxes/Fees |
| September
11th Security Fee: A September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 USD applies
per flight segment (maximum charge per trip-$5.00 USD one-way, $10.00
USD round-trip). A flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one
landing. Passenger Facility Charges: Passenger Facility Charges (PFCs)
of up to $18.00 USD may apply depending upon the itinerary chosen.
Federal Segment Tax: A federal segment tax of $3.70 USD applies per
U.S. domestic flight segment. A flight segment is defined as one takeoff
and one landing. U.S. or International Departure and Arrival Charges:
U.S. or international departure and arrival charges of up to $200.00
USD may apply depending upon the itinerary chosen. |

Surcharges |
| Between the
United States and Korea, a fuel surcharge of USD $120.00 (USD $202.00
for Japan; USD $180.00 for other countries in Asia) per direction
is included in the applicable fare for departure of each transpacific
sector. The surcharge applies in addition to all other charges and
is not subject to any discount including those for children and infants.
The surcharge must be collected at time of ticket issuance and will
be incorporated in the fare calculation as a -Q- surcharge by converting
the surcharge into NUC using the applicable IATA rate of exchange
/IROE/. |
