The Size and Weight of Carry-on Items
The size and weight of carry-on items for each class level is as below.

Carrying musical instruments
  Passengers may carry on board musical instruments that are less than 115cm/45ins in size such as a violin, free of charge. However, to carry instruments that are larger than 115cm/45ins in size such as a cello, double bass, and geomungo (Korean lute), a passenger must purchase an additional separate seat.
Flights departing the United States and/or connecting to a U.S. domestic flight
  Due to strengthened security measures and procedures, all passengers, regardless of seating class, are limited to one piece of carry-on baggage and one additional permitted item for flights departing the United States and/or connecting to a U.S. domestic flight.
NOTES
  In the cases of flights departing from overseas, the size, number, weight of carry-on baggage pieces may be limited according to security regulations of the local airport.
  e.g. In the cases of flights departing from India, passengers are allowed to have a carry-on item and laptop computer only, regardless of seating class.

Restricted Carry-on Items
The following are banned as carry-on items.

Sharp and pointed objects Umbrellas with pointed tips, razors, eyebrow trimmers, scissors, nail clippers, handicraft needles, knitting needles, arrows, darts, forks, gimlets, ski poles, Swiss Army knives, drills, saws, wrenches/spanners, hammers, hypodermic needles, corkscrews, etc.
Blunt instruments Golf clubs, fishing rods, baseball bats, hockey sticks, skateboards, billiard cues, etc.
Kitchen knives Fruit knives, kitchen knives (The length may be limited according to custom regulations of each country.)

Storing Carry-on Baggage in the Cabin
All carry-on baggage must be stored in an overhead bin or under a seat.
A small pet must be securely locked up in a cage, and the cage must be stored under the seat of the passenger in front of you.
A cage may not be placed in emergency rows or the aisles.
You should be cautious when placing or removing baggage from overhead bins so as to avoid possible injury from falling items.
Be sure to check whether or not you left any personal item before you leave.
