You are not alone when you are off for a long holiday! Your pets travelling with you are also valued customers of Korean Air. What procedures I need to follow from the airport at the departure city to arrival? Customs documentation will be provided by the animal quarantine office at the departure city once you present a rabies vaccination certificate or a health certificate. Bring the customs documentation to the check-in counter and fill in a declaration form. Pets traveling in the passenger cabin must be kept inside the kennel and under the seat. Taking the pet out of the kennel and kept with the passenger is allowed under no circumstances. Upon arrival the quarantine officers at the customs will check the pet. The documentation (a rabies vaccination certificate, a health certificate and customs documentation issued at the departing city) should be presented to customs.
