For our customers’ convenience, Korean Air is providing ‘Advance Seat Selection’ service that allows passengers to select their preferred seat prior to checking-in. Online Advance Seat Selection Service Select Your Seats through Call Center Online Advance Seat Selection Service Eligible customers Customers who have completed their ticket purchase at Korean Air’s website or any of the Korean Air’s offices. (The service is available for flights operated by Korean Air only; Excludes code-share flights operated by other carrier and group tickets. ) First Class and Prestige Class Economy Class 90 days to 24 hours prior to departure 90 days to 48 hours prior to departure Guidelines Please login as Korean Air Internet member to select your seats over the internet. After completing your purchase, please click ‘My Reservation’ in your My Page. In My Reservation section, just click ‘Select Seats’ (in the lower end of ‘Details’ page) button to begin online seat selection. Important Information Boarding and pre-selected seats may not be guaranteed under the following circumstances. First Class and Prestige Class Economy Class when passengers do not check in 1 hour prior to departure when passengers do not check in 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to departure Bulkhead and exit row seating can only be assigned at the airport. We may not always be able to honor your seat request because the number of seats available for advance seating is limited. Please note that your assigned seat may change due to change in aircraft or other reasons. The seating configuration of internet seat map may be different from actual configuration of the aircraft you will be boarding. If you are not able to select a seat on the Internet, you will be assigned a seat upon check-in at the airport on your departure date. Advance Seat Selection Service may be limited according to your booking class or membership level.
