My SKYPASS / Request Mileage Credit

How to Apply

	•	Please check your boarding pass and enter the flight number (Korean Air flight number begins with KE), departure city, date of departure, and seat class.
	•	Ticket numbers for Korean Air international  flights are 13 digit numbers beginning with "180“. Please enter the numbers after 180.
	•	For Korean Air domestic tickets, enter  the 10 digit ticket numbers.
	•	If you have more than one flight, please make a request for each flight.

Request Mileage Credit

		•Mileage accrual is not available for any flights taken prior to SKYPASS  membership enrollment.
		Complimentary tickets, 50% or more discounted tickets or tickets issued using certain booking classes (A, D, U, N) are not eligible for mileage accrual.
		*Online real-time mileage credit
		Mileage will be automatically credited if the English spelling of the passenger’s name on the reservation (or on the International flight boarding pass) matches the name in his/her SKYPASS membership, and the entered flight details such as the date of departure, flight number, and departure city, can be confirmed by system.

		•Not eligible for online mileage credit:
		- If the English spelling of the passenger’s name does not match or flight details are not correct, mileage cannot be credited online. Please submit your flight ticket and boarding pass to the nearest Korean Air Service Center or local office for mileage credit. Please allow approximately a week  for confirmation and  mileage credit.
		-If the ticket was not issued by Korean Air or the flight was taken by a partner carrier, please submit your flight ticket and boarding pass to the nearest Korean Air office for mileage credit.
		-For Korean Air public charters, flight details or records cannot be confirmed by current system. To process mileage credit on Korean Air charters, please contact travel agency or submit your flight ticket and boarding pass to the nearest Korean Air sales office.
		-If the ticket details or boarding record cannot be confirmed, Korean Air can request the original copies of flight tickets or boarding passes.
