Hotel Usage Precautions
- Be sure to check terms and conditions when making hotel reservations. Generally, mileage accrual is available only when paying regular accommodation rates or mileage-accrual allowed rates. Additionally, these terms and conditions of participating hotels within affiliated groups are subject to change.
- Mileage is accrued to only 1 guest room paid for directly by a SKYPASS member.
- Regardless of the length of stay or the number of nights, that period is considered 1 stay.
- Mileage will be credited to your account within 4 weeks following the dates of your hotel stay or point transfer date. (In case of Hotels.com, mileage accrual is temporarily delayed due to partner circumstances)
- For any mileage omissions or errors, please contact the hotel directly within 6 months of the first day of your stay. Be sure to keep your receipt or voucher until you confirm the correct mileage has been posted to your account.
- Mileage transferred from partner’s point program cannot be refunded or transferred back.
- Mileage is credited as per a partner company’s requests. For more details, please contact the specific hotel directly.
