Tickets can be changed at the place of purchase. The ticket change policy—including any applicable fare differences and ticket reissue fees—may vary depending on the fare class and place of purchase. For further information, please contact your point of purchase.

How to change a flight ticket online

Need to change your flight?

Search for your reservation to update your schedule

Change Reservation

Go to My Trips

Navigate to My Trips and select the booking you wish to change. 

Click [Change booking]

Click [Change booking] button at the bottom of the My Trips screen.

Change and select options

Please select the segment you want to change and modify the itinerary type (round trip or one-way), route, and date. Select the passenger you want to change, and/or choose the boarding class and currency you wish to search for. Then, click [Search].

Select a flight

Select the flight and class you wish to change and click [Next].

Complete the payment

Review the itinerary, passenger information, and any price differences, and then complete the payment.

Ticket service fee

If you purchase or change your ticket at a service center or an airport/local branch office, a service fee will be charged for personal assistance. Ticket service fee When are ticket service fees charged?

Lounge penalties

Ticket service fees are non-refundable.

Exemptions are allowed for:

  • First Class and Prestige Class flight tickets
    • However, upgrade award tickets for domestic flights are not excluded.
  • Tickets for unaccompanied minors and infants under the age of 2 who do not occupy a seat
    • Child discounts are not included among the exemptions.
  • Tickets for an additional seat purchased for carrying valuables or for the passenger's convenience.
  • Prepaid tickets and tickets purchased with a credit voucher
  • Reissued tickets for international flight changes
