How to purchase award tickets

Select Book with Miles

Select [Book with Miles] on the flight booking section.

Select a flight and boarding date

Enter the trip and passenger and select the boarding date.

Check the award seat calendar

Check the dates available for booking with mileage after selecting the “Flexible dates” option.

Select a flight

Select the boarding date and a flight.

Use the “Book Award Waitlist” service if award tickets are fully booked on the date of your choice.

See the estimated price and make a payment

Enter the passenger information and purchase a ticket.

What you should know

  • The availability of award seats on the award seat calendar can only be viewed for Korean Air flights.
  • The seat availability for seat upgrade awards can be seen on the [Search award seats] screen.
