        - A passenger traveling alone who is aged 70 years or older (O)
        - Adult passenger traveling alone with two or more infants or children under the age of 7 (O) 
        - Two adult passengers traveling with a child under the age of 7 (X)

Service Eligibility

  • Passengers with reduced mobility (up to three accompanying passengers)
    • Passengers with walking disability (Korea national disability levels 1 to 5)
    • Children under 7 years of age 
    • Passengers over 70 years of age
    • Expectant mothers
    • Passengers requiring special assistance (passengers requiring wheelchairs, stretchers, medical oxygen, etc.)
  • Passengers qualified for immigration priority (up to three accompanying passengers)
    • Passengers with immigration priority cards (cardholders)
  • Families with three or more children under the age of 19
    • Available for use when at least one parent and one child are departing together
    • Up to three accompanying individuals per household may use this service when departing
