Airport Counter

Eligibility

  • Passengers traveling on Korean Air flights operated by Korean Air 
  • Passengers traveling on other airlines’ flights operated by Korean Air
  • Passengers who are not eligible for self-service check-in (online check-in, kiosk, etc.)

How to use

STEP 1

Prepare your passport and necessary documents

  • Have your passport and any required travel documents ready at the Korean Air counter.

STEP 2

Go to the counter

  • Please proceed to the check-in counter designated for your SKYPASS membership tier and cabin class to receive check-in assistance. 

STEP 3

Check-in and baggage drop

  • Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure for domestic flights and 1 hour before departure for international flights.
  • Please arrive at the airport well in advance to allow sufficient time for check-in and security screening.

What you should know

  • In compliance with government regulations, exit row seats are only assigned to physically able passengers over the age of 15 who are capable of understanding cabin crew instructions and assisting other passengers during an emergency evacuation, and these seats cannot be reserved in advance.
  • Even after a paper boarding pass has been issued, you can still issue and use an online boarding pass through the website or mobile app. (This service is limited to eligible passengers and at airports where online boarding passes are accepted.) However, for flights departing from Korea, if you reissue an online boarding pass, the original paper boarding pass will be voided. Please be sure to board using the most recently issued boarding pass.
