Eligibility
- Korean Air First Class passengers departing from or arriving at Incheon International Airport
- The service is available for flights both marketed and operated by Korean Air, with ticket numbers starting with 180.
- However, passengers using award tickets, upgrade award tickets, or tickets issued by other airlines are not eligible for this service.

- Chauffeured private vehicle service, between Incheon Airport ↔ Seoul/Gyeonggi/Incheon regions in Korea
How to request
- Application deadline: Request can be made online from the time the ticket is issued until 48 hours before flight departure
- For the timely assignment of chauffeur and vehicle, you will not be able to request this service within 48 hours of flight departure.
- From My Trips on the Korean Air website, go to Booking Details → Click the “First Class Service” icon for each itinerary
Important information
- The driver will only wait up to 20 minutes after the customer’s requested pickup time.
- No stopovers are permitted, and the service is only available on the day of your departure from or arrival at Incheon Airport.
- One vehicle can be assigned per First Class passenger.
(If two First Class passengers wish to share one vehicle, only one of them needs to apply for the chauffeur service.)
- Accompanying passengers are allowed up to the vehicle's maximum capacity, regardless of whether they have a flight booking.
(However, after arriving at the airport, the 'First Class Exclusive Check-in Lounge' is only accessible to First Class passengers.)
- The customer eligible for the chauffeur service must be in the vehicle, as the service cannot be used to transport only accompanying persons or baggage.
- The chauffeur service is provided by an external service provider, and they are are responsible for any issues with the facilities, services, and/or negligence of duties related to the chauffeur service. In addition, in the event of loss of goods, injury or death of a passenger while using the service, Korean Air shall not be liable unless such an accident is caused solely by the negligence of Korean Air.

Provided services
- Departure: From boarding procedures to lounge access and boarding the aircraft, you'll receive one-on-one assistance from a dedicated staff member
- Use of the dedicated departure gate at Incheon Airport is not allowed for purposes other than official duties. However, holders of the APEC Business Travel Card can use the dedicated gate, and faster departure is possible with Smart Pass registration.
- Arrival: Assistance at Incheon Airport from the arrival gate to baggage claim and to the arrival area
- Transfers: Assistance at Incheon Airport from the arrival gate to the lounge and to the connecting flight gate
- Service will be provided to passengers arriving on other airlines after they come to our transfer counter, and passengers departing on other airlines will be escorted to the shuttle train boarding area if they are not departing from Terminal 2
