What You Should Know

- Please present your SKYPASS number when using partner services.
- As mileage accrual policies vary by partner, please keep all related documents, such as vouchers and receipts, until the mileage has been credited.
- If your mileage has not been credited, please request it from the relevant partner within 6 months from the date of use.
- To convert points to mileage, you must apply for the conversion with the partner. Once converted, mileage cannot be refunded or converted back into partner points.
