How to get a voucher Confirm Cancel

350 miles are deducted for one coat/day per storage.
A voucher is not required within the free Coatroom Service period (four nights and five days). For additional days beyond the free service period, you must be issued a voucher.
Vouchers are valid for one month, and a coat can be stored up to five days per voucher.
For expired vouchers, please cancel them and get new ones.
Your voucher can be found on [My Page > Coupon & Voucher].
You can have a voucher issued using your mileage and the mileage of family members who have agreed to the mileage transfer.
Please present your voucher when using the Coatroom Service on the day of drop-off.

- Winter 2025 operating period closed (December 1, 2025–February 28, 2026)
- Winter 2026 operating period to be announced
Applicable airport: Incheon International Airport (Terminal 2)
Eligible Users: International KE flight passengers departing from Incheon Airport (with a KE flight ticket)
Location
- Drop-off location: 3rd floor, near Gate 1, Hanjin Express counter located in the Delivery, Storage, and Packaging area
- Pick-up location: 1st floor, near Gate 1, Hanjin Express counter

Only available for a limited time during the winter.
