Enter information about your pet and pet carrier.

Check application details

Once the application status changes to “Approved,” click on the Use Mileage tap at the top of your screen to check your payment details.

What you should know

• This is only available for Korean Air flights. (Unavailable for codeshare flights)
• You can transfer your miles to a family member or use them through the Family Plan. 
• You can receive a pet travel award in advance on the Korean Air website or mobile app.
• You can receive a pet travel award after purchasing a flight ticket.
  
• If you cancel pet travel, you also need to cancel and request a refund for the pet travel award at the airport on the day of departure.
