What you should know

  • When an award ticket is issued, your mileage with the nearest expiration date will be used first.
  • When an award ticket is refunded, the validity of the refunded mileage is based on the validity of the mileage used for the original ticket issuance.
This applies to each ticket individually, even when multiple tickets are purchased at the same time. Mileage that has expired at the time of refund will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
  • The mileage of registered family members can be combined toward an award ticket. If refunded, the mileage will be returned to the member who applied for the award ticket.
  • Korea domestic awards and international awards are not interchangeable.
