When you call your local Korean Air Service Center or Regional office, your call will be automatically transferred to the Service Center or Regional office according to the language you have selected.
Please note : The extent of service may be limited depending on the hours of operation for Regional Offices and Service Centers. Korean Air assumes the cost of the phone call made to Korean Air using the toll-free phone numbers. However, calls may be restricted or charged, depending on the policy (such as roaming service, etc.) of the telephone service provider and hotel conditions.
