Passengers with Special Needs

  • Korean Air will provide assistance to individuals with special needs in enplaning and deplaning, and in making flight connections between gates when applicable. You can request assistance at the airport.
  • Service animals to accompany a passenger with disability are welcome on our flights. There are no additional charges for service animals traveling in the cabin.
  • Cabin seats are made available to persons with disability if request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled flight. Please contact Service Center at 1-800-438-5000 (US toll-free) for assistance with the seat assignment.

  • You can request wheelchair service through our Service Center 1-800-438-5000 (US toll-free) or on our website.
  • Online wheelchair service request is available after you complete your reservation and ticket purchase on the website.
    (The service request is available on the website only when you purchase the ticket on Korean Air website.)
