KALBIZ is Korean Air’s complimentary program designed for small and mid-sized enterprises. Korean Air is offering a Welcome Discount Coupon to every newly enrolled travelers and seat upgrade according the yearly value of tickets purchased on Korean Air. Travelers already enrolled in Korean Air’s Skypass Frequent Flyer program will continue to receive all personal benefits.

Savings - For Travelers

Registered travelers will receive a Welcome Coupon of 5% discount when joining the program at koreanair.com. The Welcome Discount Coupon should be used within one year from the creation date on routes from Korean Air’s gateways in Europe to Korea or beyond. It is valid both on Korean Air operated flights and codeshare flights.

Booking

Within one week of registration, online discount coupons will be deposited in the online Skypass accounts of travelers. When logged in, a link to ‘Promotional Coupons’ on the payment page may be used to apply the discount coupon. First time users of koreanair.com must register their Skypass number on the Login Page to access their discounts.

Company Rewards

Enrolled companies may earn up to one roundtrip Business Class upgrade each calendar year from an upgradable Economy Class fare (Y, B and M booking classes).

Earnings are based and calculated on tickets Flown between January and December from Europe, associated with the company’s registered Skypass Frequent Flyer numbers, regardless of whether the tickets were purchased on koreanair.com or through a travel agency. Earned benefits may be redeemed over the following year.

Enrollment - Administrator

To enroll a company, simply submit the administrator’s contact information along with company details and the Korean Air Skypass Frequent Flyer numbers and emails of the company’s travelers on the KALBIZ Registration page. A minimum of three travelers should be enrolled.



Enrollment - Travelers

Once a company is enrolled, the administrator will receive a confirmation email with an ID and a password. To register new travelers, the administrator should log in to their Company account using the ID and the password sent by Korean Air, by clicking on the link in the confirmation email. Eligibility

KALBIZ is a complimentary program offered by Korean Air to European businesses that hold a valid VAT Identification Number. Member companies must enroll a minimum of three employees into the program.

No minimum purchase is required the first two calendar years to remain enrolled. To remain enrolled from the third calendar year, the member company must have purchased a minimum of 5.000 € on koreanair.com, or through a travel agency, during the second calendar year.

To be eligible to the KALBIZ Program in Europe, the company must be located in Europe (EU - European Union) the United Kingdom, in Norway, in Iceland, in Switzerland, or in Turkey. A list of eligible countries may be found in the "Terms and Conditions" section on the Registration page.

Companies already enrolled in a Korean Air program offering discounts (eg. Corporate contract) as well as seller of travel or travel agents are not eligible to participate. 

Korean Air reserves the right to determine a company’s eligibility to participate in the Program and to amend the program, should the need arise.
