  • After hotel reservation, fill out the application at the front desk to redeem miles. 
  • You can transfer awards to family members but Family plan is not applied to this program.
    (NOTE : This offer is limited to family members registered via the Korean Air website, and reservations must be made through the Korean Air website.)
  • Availability of redeeming miles at hotels is based on availability at each hotel.

  • The required mileage for redemption such as room upgrades, additional meals, and hotel membership, may change at any time without prior notice. For more information, please contact the relevant hotels. 
  • Penalty will be imposed in case of cancellation within the time period before the expected date of check-in.
    - KAL Hotels, Grand Hyatt Incheon : within 24hours, 1 night of miles will be deducted.
    - Waikiki Resort Hotel: within 72 hours, 1 night of miles will be deducted. 
  • You can check your current SKYPASS mileage status at “MY SKYPASS”.
  • From January 4, 2016 (based on reservation date), Waikiki Resort Hotel will charge a room service Amenity Fee ($9.55 per room, per day/ taxes not included) at check out.

How to use 



Service User Guide

  • Limousine Award can be issued on Korean Air website only and you must present your ticket to use the Limousine service. 
  • Tickets can be issued to you and your family members registered on our website. 
  • Tickets are valid for 1 month from the date of issue and unused tickets are refundable before the expiry date.  


Mileage can be redeemed for a visit to Jeju Folk Village Museum.

  • This award can only be endorsed to family members who have already been registered through the Family Registration Application form on the Korean Air website.
