Kiosk Express Check-In (International)


The convenient Kiosk service allows passengers traveling internationally to obtain a boarding pass without checking in at an airport counter. It is available to:

  • Passengers with a confirmed e-Ticket
  • Passengers traveling to a no-visa country
  • Korean passengers traveling from Incheon Int'l Airport to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program
  • Passengers of Korean, Japanese and other nationalities traveling from Incheon, Gimpo or Gimhae Int'l Airport to China.

Service is available up to 60 minutes before the time of flight departure. Upon obtaining your boarding pass, you can conveniently check your baggage at the baggage counter.

Passengers who may not be eligible include:
  • Passenger accompanying an infant (less than 2 years old)
  • Passenger who needs special help (requiring a special assistance service of Korean Air such as Family Care Service and passengers with physical difficulties)
  • Passenger who uses Code Share flight operated by other airline.

Kiosk Express Check-In is available at 17 airports.

Kiosk Express Check-In (Domestic Flight)

The convenient kiosk service allows passengers traveling in Korea to obtain a boarding pass without checking in at an airport counter. It is available to:

Passengers with a confirmed domestic flight reservation and e-Ticket

Upon obtaining your boarding pass, you can conveniently check your baggage at the baggage counter. Service is available up to 20 minutes before the time of flight departure.

Passengers who may not be eligible include:
  • Passenger with ticket re-issuance
  • Passenger who needs special help (requiring a special assistance service of Korean Air such as Family Care Service and passengers with physical difficulties)
  • Passenger accompanying an infant (less than 2 years old)

Kiosk Express Check-in Service for domestic flights in Korea is available at 5 airports, Seoul/Gimpo, Jeju, Busan, Ulsan, Yeosu/Suncheon.
