Locating Lost Items
Forgot your book in a seat pocket? Missing a teddy bear near the window? At Korean Air, we will help you locate any items left behind in the cabin. Our Quick Search tool helps you check for items found by our flight attendants.
Lost items stored at the Korean Air Lost and Found Center are limited to Korean Air check-in counter, Korean Air own Lounge and items left in the cabin.
Tips About Lost Items

- Items such as a passport, identification, money and other valuable items may be turned over to the law enforcement offices or customs. (At Incheon airport(ICN), mobile phones are transferred to Mobile Phone Lost & Found Center of Korea Association for ICT Promotion(KAIT) after 2weeks of storage.)
- Unclaimed properties will be retained for 90 days, unless otherwise regulated by the local law. The exceptions are neck pillows and perishable items, which will be disposed within a few days.
