KAL Premium Care Service

What is KAL Premium Care Service?

A special service provided for First Class passengers using flights operated by Korean Air. It is a Full Care service in which an exclusive employee accompanies the passenger from the check-in counter at Incheon International Airport to the boarding gate.

Service eligibility

  • Korean Air First Class passengers departing from Incheon International Airport on one of Korean Air’s international flights
  • Korean Air First Class passengers transferring to connecting flights at Incheon International Airport
  • This service is provided to passengers who have made previous arrangements after purchasing a flight ticket. Please make note that passengers who have upgraded their seats or used an award ticket are not eligible for this service.

How to apply

KAL Premium Care Service is provided only for those passengers who wish to take advantage of this service. Please contact Korean Air’s Service Center at least 24 hours prior to your departure time to submit your request for this service.
